Sophie Storm Roberts is an adventure athlete, mindset coach, personal trainer, motivational speaker and Founder of TrailBlazers - building confidence and courage in girls through the transformational power of adventure.

Dubbed 'lazy and a complete failure' at school, she feels like the most unlikely athlete, but Sophie has trained her body and mind to achieve phenomenal things. In her early 20's she felt overweight, unfit and found herself stuck in a 9-5 unfulfilling job.

Knowing she wanted to make a change in her life, she decided to get fit and challenge herself, discovering a passion and drive for endurance that she didn't know existed! It lit a fire inside and challenging herself became a huge part part of her life. Helping to build confidence, resilience and a mindset that enabled her to obliterate any perceived image she has of her capabilities and limits. She quit her job and built a life she's proud of that takes her to all corners of the world, inspiring and empowering others.

She is the only person in history to have completed the 'Alpine Coast to Coast' an expedition to climb the highest mountains in the eight Alpine countries and cycle between them. She has completed 100km ultramarathons, is a 2x ironwoman finisher, has completed 24 hours of non-stop Tough Mudder, cycled coast to coast across the UK and has helped almost 1000 people complete the epic challenge of cycling from London to Paris in 24 hours, which she has done herself 15 times.

Her mission 'To champion ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things' helps people develop the confidence and tools to overcome adversity and thrive.
