Book Susan Frew for your event
Susan Frew helps business leaders move beyond the hype surrounding artificial intelligence and understand where it can make a meaningful difference in their organizations.
Her presentations make AI approachable and relevant, translating complex technology into clear business applications that audiences can understand and use. Rather than focusing on predictions about what AI might eventually become, Susan shows leaders how they can begin putting it to work today.
Her perspective is shaped by experience across corporate leadership, international operations, entrepreneurship and hands-on AI implementation. This gives Susan a practical understanding of the questions leaders face when adopting new technology: Where can it create the most value? What problems should it solve? How can it save time or money? And how can organizations turn experimentation into measurable results?
Audiences leave Susan’s presentations with greater confidence around AI, practical ideas they can apply and a clearer understanding of how the technology can support their business goals.
From corporate leadership to entrepreneurship
Susan began her professional journey in the fast-paced technology industry of New York City, working for a Fortune 20 company before taking on international leadership responsibilities with AT&T Wireless.
As General Manager for AT&T Wireless in two Caribbean countries, she oversaw operations and worked with growth strategies in competitive markets. The experience developed her expertise in leadership, technology and building organizations capable of adapting to change.
Susan later took those lessons into entrepreneurship, founding Sunshine Home Services, a plumbing and heating company in Colorado.
Under her leadership, the company achieved 535% growth, earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list and was recognized as one of Inc.’s Best Places to Work. Building and scaling the business gave Susan firsthand experience with the realities entrepreneurs and business leaders face, including managing teams, improving processes, controlling costs and finding new ways to compete.
It also shaped the results-focused approach she now brings to the stage. Susan understands that an exciting idea only becomes valuable when it works in the realities of an organization.
Making AI deliver real results
Susan approaches artificial intelligence as a business tool rather than an abstract technology trend.
She has put AI to work directly within business operations, including AI-powered scheduling evaluations and custom GPT solutions. These initiatives have generated more than $150,000 in annual savings, providing tangible examples of how thoughtful AI implementation can improve performance.
In her keynotes, Susan uses experiences like these to show audiences how to identify opportunities for AI within their own organizations. She removes unnecessary technical complexity and focuses instead on the problems AI can solve, the processes it can improve and the steps leaders can take to begin experimenting with purpose.
Audiences can expect insights into:
- Applying AI to everyday business challenges and workflows
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Using AI-powered evaluations and custom GPT solutions
- Reducing costs and improving processes through intelligent automation
- Turning emerging technology into practical business actions
- Building an AI mindset focused on measurable results
For leaders who recognize the importance of AI but are unsure how to move from awareness to implementation, Susan provides a practical path forward.

Attendees discover practical tools and strategies while developing a clearer picture of how AI can support innovation, productivity and growth.
The keynote encourages audiences to think differently about AI: not simply as a technology to adopt, but as a resource that can help people work smarter, solve problems and strengthen the areas where their organizations already have the potential to excel.
A keynote built around your audience
Susan Frew brings high energy, business experience and an engaging presentation style to complex topics, making them easier for audiences to understand and act on.
Each presentation is customized around the audience, industry and theme of the event. This allows Susan to connect her AI expertise with the specific challenges and opportunities facing the people in the room rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all presentation.
Her customization can also extend beyond the stage. Susan creates custom GPT models for conferences, giving attendees interactive tools that enhance learning and allow them to experience AI firsthand. This creates an opportunity for audiences to engage with the technology rather than simply hear about it.
Whether speaking at a corporate event, conference or industry association, Susan combines energy with practical insight and a strong focus on application. Book Susan Frew for your event to give your audience a clear, engaging and actionable understanding of how AI can improve the way they work, compete and grow.
