Book Anna Allerton for your event
Anna Allerton is an EMCC Global Accredited Executive Coach, keynote speaker and founder of Allerton Coaching & Consulting. She partners with organisations across the UK and internationally to help them retain, develop and empower female talent by creating healthier, more inclusive workplaces.
Her work focuses on one of the most important yet often overlooked areas of workplace inclusion: supporting women through the transition from maternity to menopause. By helping leaders and organisations better understand these life stages, Anna enables businesses to strengthen employee wellbeing, improve retention and create environments where women can continue to grow, contribute and lead.
Every keynote combines evidence-based insights, practical tools and authentic storytelling, giving audiences the confidence and knowledge to take meaningful action long after the event has ended.
From corporate leadership to coaching
Before founding Allerton Coaching & Consulting, Anna spent 20 years building a successful corporate career, including 17 years as a Journalist and TV Producer at Sky. During that time, she experienced first-hand how perimenopause can affect confidence, performance and career progression.
That personal experience became the catalyst for a new professional direction. Today, Anna works with organisations to help ensure that talented women do not feel forced to step back from their careers because of challenges that can be understood, supported and managed more effectively.
Her unique combination of corporate experience, executive coaching expertise and lived experience enables her to connect with audiences in a way that is relatable, credible and highly practical.
Supporting women throughout every career stage
Anna specialises in helping organisations understand the changing needs of women throughout their working lives. Rather than treating maternity, menopause and women's health as isolated topics, she encourages organisations to take a long-term view of talent development and employee wellbeing.
Her work helps businesses:
- Improve the retention of experienced female talent.
- Create supportive workplace cultures.
- Equip leaders with practical strategies.
- Increase awareness of menopause and women's health.
- Build greater confidence in conversations around wellbeing.
- Support career progression at every life stage.
Her approach demonstrates that investing in women's health is not simply about wellbeing—it also strengthens engagement, leadership, inclusion and organisational performance.
Evidence-based, practical and engaging
Anna's keynote presentations are designed to leave audiences informed, inspired and ready to take action. She blends the latest evidence with practical workplace strategies and honest personal stories, creating sessions that are engaging, relatable and immediately applicable.
Rather than focusing solely on awareness, Anna provides clear frameworks and practical tools that leaders, managers and employees can use within their own organisations.
She is also the creator of the Work Smarter in Menopauseâ„¢ coaching framework, which supports women in navigating menopause while maintaining confidence, wellbeing and career momentum.
Whether speaking to HR professionals, leadership teams, employee networks or conference audiences, Anna creates conversations that are open, constructive and solution-focused.
A trusted voice in women's health at work
Alongside her coaching and speaking work, Anna contributes to the wider conversation around women's health, leadership and career development through a range of influential roles.
She is:
- Co-author of the book Myths of Menopause.
- Co-founder of Field to Boardroom.
- Founding collective member of No Time To Step Backâ„¢.
- Former Non-Executive Director in sport.
- Holder of several Associate and Advisory roles supporting organisations and leaders.
These experiences provide Anna with a broad perspective on leadership, governance, workplace culture and organisational change, strengthening the practical relevance of every keynote she delivers.
