We were looking for a skillful person to facilitate Diversity & Inclusion training at our firm as part of our commitment to D&I. We were fortunate to select Annemarie Shrouder to assist us. Annemarie is adept, insightful and credible in the D&I space. She was able to quickly understand our firm culture as well as the unique challenges of operating in the legal field. Having attended numerous corporate inclusion events over the years, I've often found them well-intentioned but lacking in truly raising the bar. Being able to expand inclusion without alienating those already considered included requires wisdom and grace. Annemarie goes beyond educating on definitions, statistics and next steps.
