We brought in Slater Success at the point when our senior partner was starting to talk about winding down and scaling back. As a firm with several partners and decades in the legal field we knew it would be helpful to bring in an outside advisor to create not just 1 transition but a culture honoring our founders, giving them legacy and creating a succession plan system that would be ongoing in the years to come. Slater Success jumped in, creating a structure for slowing down and eventually stepping down; supporting our firm as we navigated a major New York City move and taking the opportunity to move to paperless systems.
