Book Jessica Myers for your event
Jessica Myers believes every person already possesses the ability to create the life they want. The challenge is that many people become trapped by limiting beliefs, outdated thinking patterns, and unconscious habits that quietly shape the majority of their results.
Her mission is simple: help audiences Make Your MindRIGHT™.
Through compelling storytelling, scientific research, and practical mental conditioning exercises, Jessica empowers individuals to shift from reacting to life toward intentionally creating better outcomes. Her presentations are designed to lift people out of complacency and equip them with tools they can immediately use to strengthen resilience, improve emotional regulation, and increase personal performance.
Rather than focusing on fixing problems after they appear, Jessica teaches audiences how to proactively build the mental foundation that supports long-term success and well-being.
Who is Jessica Myers?
Jessica Myers has built a uniquely diverse career that allows her to connect with audiences across industries.
At just 16 years old, she became the first teen criminal clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office. She later launched her professional career in New York City, working in media and business development with companies including McCann-Erickson and Gruner & Jahr.
Her business expertise eventually led her into the medical profession, where she became a director for multi-specialty medical practices serving professional athletes on an international level.
While living in Los Angeles, Jessica also pursued a successful acting career. She worked alongside actors including Vin Diesel and Zoe Saldana and appeared in television productions such as General Hospital and All My Children. Today, she continues helping performers strengthen the mental side of their craft.
This broad professional background gives Jessica a rare ability to understand the mindset challenges faced in high-performance environments.
The science behind Make Your MindRIGHT™
Jessica's work is rooted in positive psychology—the scientific study of human flourishing—and focuses on the often-overlooked influence of the unconscious mind.
She explains that while many people concentrate on changing their actions, lasting transformation begins by upgrading the underlying "mental software." Since much of human behavior is driven by unconscious beliefs and patterns, developing awareness of these internal processes creates opportunities for sustainable growth.
Her presentations explore how belief systems influence confidence, decision-making, emotional regulation, motivation, and performance. Audiences leave with practical techniques that help them replace limiting patterns with more productive mental habits.
The result is greater self-agency, stronger resilience, and improved capacity to navigate both personal and professional challenges.
Mental strength for high-pressure environments
Jessica works extensively with individuals and teams operating in fast-moving, high-stakes professions where sustained performance is expected every day.
Her clients include professionals across:
- Law enforcement
- Professional and collegiate sports
- Healthcare and medical leadership
- Entertainment and performing arts
- Corporate leadership and business teams
In these demanding environments, people often experience chronic stress, burnout, hypervigilance, emotional exhaustion, and difficulty separating their identity from their profession.
Jessica provides practical strategies that help individuals maintain peak performance while protecting their well-being. Her approach emphasizes prevention rather than recovery, teaching people how to strengthen their mental fitness before pressure becomes overwhelming.
Performance coaching for sport and life
As a Mental Strength Training and Master Visualization Coach, Jessica helps athletes and performers develop the mindset required for sustained excellence.
Her philosophy centers on playing offense rather than waiting for dysfunction to appear. By strengthening mental preparation, visualization, confidence, and emotional control, individuals become better equipped to perform consistently under pressure.
Following her relocation to North Carolina, Jessica was invited by Duke Head Football Coach Manny Diaz to reinforce the team's mental performance strategy. Duke went on to capture its first ACC Championship title since 1962 with its 2025 championship victory.
Her work demonstrates how intentional mental conditioning can become a powerful competitive advantage for individuals and teams striving for excellence.
