During her recovery phase from a near fatal accident when she lost her left leg, injured her right one and her arm, Roy experienced an inner transformation. Sharing the lessons that she’s learned, Roy travels to speak with groups about harnessing power from traumatic events to build an extraordinary outcome.
Serving as the youngest Vice President at Hallmark Cards in the company’s history, Roy led teams in a complex corporate structure in various areas, such as merchandising, digital, and innovation. She channels that experience into her speaking career. An advocate for sharing life-changing events, she is a gifted storyteller. Engaging the audience with poignant anecdotes, she inspires listeners to have the courage to break down barriers, achieve dreams, and find appreciation in the smallest things.
