After earning her Bachelor’s degree in English and Writing from Purdue University, Amy spent 3 years as an educator before shifting into public sector management consulting. She earned her M.B.A. while living and working in the Kingdom of Bahrain, giving her a unique global perspective. After a decade of consulting, she pursued her Executive Masters in Applied Neuroscience and Leadership, which brought a scientific lens into her work with individual, team, and organizational performance. Outside of work, Amy loves to go on adventures, often with a paraglider, having visited over 80 countries and climbed mountains on all continents.
Combining the fields of science, business, and adventure, Amy consolidated her years of lessons and observations into her first book, Wild Success: 7 Key Lessons Business Leaders Can Learn from Extreme Adventurers.
