Claude Silver was originally taken on at VaynerMedia as Senior Vice President, tasked with running and maintaining the Unilever social media accounts. She spent several years traveling between different offices where she’d meet and mentor employees.

It was these experiences of mentorship that Claude realized she no longer wished to focus on the marketing side of things and instead would prefer to focus on the staff at the core of the business. Claude decided to leave the company so she could pursue this, but the CEO was quick to give her a call and offer her the new position of Chief Heart Officer. Claude doesn’t want to be the hero of the story, instead she wants to guide others to be their own hero’s.

Claude is passionate about creating environments that enable people to thrive and be themselves, shown through her leadership roles with JWT London, Organic, and SAYMedia. Claude aims to facilitate change and growth within teams and the individuals that comprise them, focusing on the importance of diversity, inclusion and equity within work teams and empowering female entrepreneurs and executives.
