It was a pleasure to work with Amrita during our virtual in-house Belonging Summit for DHL Express which ran from 22-23 October 2025. Amrita delivered a keynote on Invisible Connections: The Courage to Be Heard, Building Safety, Allyship and Belonging which deeply resonated with our global audience. In line with our summit theme, Amrita’s words, reminded us that comfort creates space for vulnerability and empowers every voice to be heard, while connection builds trust, and that we can all leverage on the contributions made by the hidden figures in our lives. Amrita also demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a profound understanding of our goals for the summit which she incorporated into her presentation. Her ability to engage our employees through interactive questions was well-received and led to a lot of reflection. Beyond her in-depth knowledge and research on post traumatic growth, Amrita was able to connect with a diverse audience as we had colleagues joining in from all over the world. In her presentation, Amrita used real-world examples and personal insights, which provided actionable insights for our summit attendees. This blend of theory and practical advice was both educational and useful for building safety within teams. I highly recommend Amrita to any organization seeking a speaker, her expertise, coupled with a calm and engaging style of delivery, makes her an outstanding choice for any summit or event.
