I first heard Caroline speak about the art of gravitas during a short session at an Institute of Fundraising conference a few years ago. One of the concepts she presented genuinely changed my professional life. It gave me a framework to understand something that had been puzzling me and holding me back with certain personality types for years... and it also gave me the tools to be able to think and act differently going forward. As a result, I now feel and exude empowerment and and confidence in situations where I used to feel inadequate and dis-empowered. Caroline Goyder is professional and effective. Period. My time with her was not just about 60 minutes of drills. It was enjoyable, full of passion, creative and successful. Caroline mixes the technical aspects of voice with the biological (how to best use the diaphragm) and the literary. We are both English graduates and book lovers so that helped enormously but her training as an actress gives her an edge. Caroline is fantastic and inspiring! I have had the pleasure of knowing Caroline for a few years now, since I first saw her conduct a training session for Chief Executives and Senior Management of Charities. It was evident that all those in the room were going to take what Caroline taught and put it into practice.
