Edith is a well known Dutch judoka with 3 Olympic medals, a World title and 4 European titles. Winner of the Dutch tv show “ survivor” and Author of Expedition Edith. Edith is co-owner of an education agency called AYWE who focusses on innovation in ‘being’ human. It is her mission to contribute to building a brave new world with brave new leaders and communication which is a necessity if we want to start solving all the crisis going on in the world.
She is inviting people to look at things differently – a 180 degrees different view and show them that you can have way more positive influence once you choose to start to be 100% accountable for yourself.

The way we communicate is key to achieving result, be more effective and work together. But how are we communicating? And the most important question is: are we really communicating? What do we do when we don’t agree with each other or we didn’t get the result we wanted and what happens next? How can we work together instead of working against each other. This presentation is about where the opportunity lies in inter action (between people) and intra action (in yourself) and how you can have more influence in communication which leads to better results.
