From keynote to decision

Ian is the creator of the Future Readiness Score, an organisational readiness diagnostic developed over five years and used with hundreds of organisations across more than a dozen industries. The methodology makes audiences part of the evidence rather than passive recipients of a presentation.

Before the event, participants complete an industry-specific readiness assessment and receive an individual score. During the session, the audience participates live as its collective result is revealed and benchmarked against other organisations Ian has measured.
