We recently booked Jake and Hannah to speak as our keynote address at a large-scale InterComms LGBT+ Network event and we can safely say they were an incredible opener to our panel discussion 'Why just the G in LGBT? Let's start with the LBT'. Their story was personal, inspiring, touching and delivered with aplomb to an extremely engaged audience. They also got involved with the panel debate afterwards, delivering well-thought out and balanced answers to our attendees questions. Jake and Hannah are consummate professionals, and incredible ambassadors for the Trans and LGBT+ communities.

Jake and Hannah are internationally renowned speakers. Delving into topics related to trans issues, the couple offers unique insights into living productive lives while remaining authentic.
Jake is now one of the most prolific trans male directors after writing and producing a portfolio of films, including Dawn, Dusk, and Chance. In 2015, the White House invited Jake to its first trans event. The next year, he received an invitation to present at the Westminster Speaker’s House. By 2017, his film short focusing on legislative changes launched at the Parliament.
Hannah’s 2013 decision to come out as a trans woman, while still enrolled in the British Army, created opportunities for her to advise on transgender policies. She also mentored other trans soldiers. After sharing her story with the press, it went viral and news outlets across the globe interviewed her.
Jake has been one of those listed on the OUT100 for Out Magazine. Jake was listed in OUT Magazine’s OUT100 List and the LGBT Power List for The Guardian. Hannah has been honored by the British LGBT Awards and Stonewall.
Together, the couple offers audiences insight into the transgender experience. In 2020, the couple welcomed their first child. By creating fulfilling personal and professional lives, Jake and Hannah serve as examples for the LGBTQ community and help to educate global citizens about the transgender experience.

They are widely known as the UK’s ‘Transgender Power Couple’ after being named as the Most Influential LGBTQ Couple by The Independent. They are passionate speakers on gender, equality and diversity and having become something of an inspiration to the wider transgender community, they work tirelessly to represent it both in the UK and internationally, seizing every opportunity to increase acceptance and understanding.
Both Jake and Hannah are open, honest and frank when sharing their own personal stories of life pre and post transition, providing a springboard for all manner of follow up messages and themes and engaging the audience early on. These personal accounts cover a broad range of themes including gender equality, addiction and alcoholism, mental health and relationships.
They have the unique perspective of having experienced the world across the gender spectrum and speak with wit and warmth about the trials and tribulations of growing up transgender and finding their place in the world. With their broad experiences they are able to tailor their talks to any message or theme required, with something for everyone in each of their speeches.
They have presented keynote speeches, fireside chats and Q&As on a wide variety of themes and are best known for their documentary ”Our Baby: A Modern Miracle’ which was on Channel 4.
