About Gender Equality

Gender inequality is still a prevalent issue in today’s working culture and many speakers seek to tackle it by promoting diversity as a tool to foster innovation.

  • Gender plays a role in many situations, for example in relation to work, to such an extent that we sometimes speak about specific gender roles relating to specific types of work and jobs.
  • Keynote speakers addressing gender roles typically look at work and job related questions and gender. Do some jobs seem to have a gender-bias, if this is the case why is it so and is it possible to do something about it? Should something be done about it?
  • Are certain gender roles indeed directly or indirectly bad for society because they show gender equalities exist, even in this day and age
  • Keynote speakers on gender roles can offer more information and knowledge, perhaps surprising knowledge too, positive as well as negative.
