This workshop designed to support people on their journey towards wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. The session explores intersectionality and the various experiences that influence mental health as well as some of the barriers accessing support within different communities.

This interactive session offers audiences the opportunity to self-reflect, identify their own challenges, look at ways to empower themselves and invest in their own wellbeing in a contained and confidential space. Jude draws on their own lived experience of overcoming adversity, trauma and mental health issues to embark on a journey of recovery and self-discovery.
