Jonathan supported two consecutive events at my employment at Booking.com - an internal session on the importance of growth mindset, and an external event where
he shared with Booking.com's top partners in Kuala Lumpur on strategies to win clients' loyalty. Both sessions were immensely well- received, with Jonathan's charisma
