Implicit bias refers to the unconscious attitudes or stereotypes that influence how we think, act, and make decisions. These biases often go unnoticed but are rooted in systemic discrimination and barriers. Over time, they can show up as microaggressions—small but harmful comments or actions that can slowly damage a
person’s confidence and sense of belonging in the workplace. In my workshops, we explore how to unmask these biases in ourselves so we can understand each other better and create systems and organizations that work for everyone.
