Keynote by Rana Al-Falaki Stress Into Success
Frequently the focus is on the detrimental effects of stress and how to manage or eliminate it. If you think of stress as a form of energy, then the law of conservation says “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, although it can be transformed from one form to another.”
In other words, stress, being a form of energy, can in fact be used to enhance performance and lead to over-achievement. This talk illustrates how to thrive vs survive; how to harness vs be controlled; and how to embrace vs cope with stress. If we can’t destroy it, how can we use it to our advantage, where instead of fearing chronic illness, we in fact aim for productivity and power. You will come away feeling inspired and energised.
Dr Rana has written a thesis on the effect of stress on health and response and has spent over 20 years treating thousands of patients whose chronic illness is directly related to stress, and how she has helped them manage it to their benefit.
Keynote by Rana Al-Falaki The Mind-Body Health Equation
With neuro-plasticity- the ability of the brain to continually form new connections – now an accepted phenomenon, determining that you cannot change through the power of thought, mindset shifts and behaviour is no longer the case.
The mind is an incredibly powerful tool that we can manipulate to help us change our behaviours, making us healthier both mentally, emotionally and physically. Paradoxically, it can also make us unwell, affecting our performance in the work place, our relationships, our ability to be present and to connect. Finding the balance of this equation is key. In this talk you will discover the six key energetic influencers and how when you can control them, you can control every aspect of your health and performance.
As an energy leadership master practitioner and core-dynamics in leadership practitioner, as well as her 30 years in treating patients with chronic diseases, she understands and conveys this topic so it is simple yet powerful, and will give you fun exercises to use easily.
Keynote by Rana Al-Falaki NAIL-IT: Achieve The Ultimate
Dr Rana’s NAIL-IT is a performance optimisation formula for both individuals and companies, that encompasses six areas, which when mastered and integrated together, bring about powerful, sustainable and measurable change. The six areas are needs, attitude, integrity, limitlessness, intuition and tangibility.
Using a unique blend of emotional intelligence models, biological energy shifts, behaviour change techniques, mindset tricks, and pragmatic systems, you really can achieve the ultimate – whatever that means for you and your organisation. Key takeaways include how to integrate these elements into daily work and living with simple practices, and you will be bursting with ideas as well as feeling very inspired and thoughtful.
NAIL-IT evolved from Dr Rana’s coaching practices, her research, her involvement with the academics at YALE in emotional intelligence, and her own life experience where her performance was sky high, but far from optimal leaving her burnt out and exhausted. She very much walks the talk nowadays.
Keynote by Rana Al-Falaki Optimal Performance Is The New High Performance
With high performance, just like climbing a mountain, you will excel, but eventually it is not sustainable and the way down can be painful. Optimal performance is about achieving a state of flow, where everything happens effortlessly – laser focus, high productivity, coupled with a sense of peace, calm and joy. It is about the balance of being able to perform highly not only in the workplace, but in every aspect of our lives.
Elevating to flow state and remaining there for sustained periods is like riding a magic carpet rather than climbing a mountain – far more fun! Dr Rana will demonstrate how to achieve this and sustain this state so you and your team perform in such a way that exceeds expectations. Always bringing her unique teaching methods, you will come away smiling and full of energy. Her own challenging story of being an incredibly high achiever but becoming so chronically ill because of it is the inspiration behind this keynote, where she is able to share a much more optimal way to perform.
Keynote by Rana Al-Falaki Get More By Doing Less
Burnout has become endemic in society, particularly with the ever-increasing demand on us and an inability to switch off. How can you be more productive while seeming to put in fewer hours? How can you earn more money, have more time for leisure, fun, family, while still feeling satisfied that you have dealt with all the other demands on you?
One of the key answers lies in the leadership of self and being able to transcend this way of being beyond just yourself, to others so that everyone wins, everyone benefits, and everyone is able to thrive. Do less + Be more = Get More. You will learn about seven energy states in leadership, and understand those most conducive to being high performers as well as conscious leaders. You will be able to view yourself and your teams with a different filter and a more powerful vocabulary, enhancing integration, communication, and cohesiveness.
Dr Rana is a certified professional core-energy coach and energy leadership master practitioner. She has authored a best-selling book and contributed to several others that illustrates how this works and can demonstrate a true measurable value once you go through this process.
