"When Angela Duckworth talks about Grit, she holds up a picture of Rebecca. When Chuck Norris is about to quit, he calls Rebecca. When young children hold out for two marshmallows instead of just one it’s because someone whispered "REBECCA RUSCH" in their ear. Inspiration, Vision, and Grit make her powerful and unique!"

Rebecca Rusch is relentlessly fast racing a bike, but before she became one of the world's greatest endurance athletes, she was a normal person like you or me, just ttougher and more determined. Known as the Queen of Pain for her incredible perseverance, Rusch's story can inspire anyone to discover their own greatness.

Rebecca Rusch has presented twice at Tugboat Institute Summit, our annual gathering of purpose-driven CEOs in Sun Valley, Idaho, and in both instances her presentations were equal parts inspiring and captivating. And, in her leadership of our group on the mountain bike trail and throughout the two events, Rebecca’s warm personality, active listening, and gentle coaching made the experience memorable and fun for all.

“I have always been fascinated by those who operate on the edge, push the envelope, redefine sports and industries. I wanted to visually portray the beauty and intensity of athletes while answering the question "WHY"? My criteria: They needed to be the best in the world at what they do. They needed to be true role modes/heros--no ego and just simply fantastic people. Rebecca fulfilled the requirements in spades!”

Rebecca’s words resonate. As a lifelong student of the adventurous, entrepreneurial life, Rebecca has the unique ability to take her hard-earned wisdom from athletic feats and apply them to the arenas of business and charitable foundation and vice versa. She is also meticulous in her preparation. When she commits to getting a job done, she becomes a master of the task and goes beyond expectation. We all have much to learn from her passion and approach to sport, life, and legacy.

anything - whether that's a race or adventure or event she is putting on - you name it. But, no matter how prepared she is, Rebecca is deeply flexible and adaptable so, despite any meticulous preparation done, she is ready for the unexpected and adapts to it/changes the course/changes her thinking easily and naturally. Rebecca is so humble and accessible - I think because she is a GOAT. But, what is cool about this part of Rebecca is that she is an inspiration to all those who are around her.
