Today, Stefan serves as Head of Innovation at Max Matthiessen, a leading Nordic pension, insurance and wealth management company with a 135-year history. In this role, he drives innovation strategies that strengthen customer experience, leadership, and long-term growth in a highly regulated and rapidly evolving industry.
He is also Professor at SDSI and Dean at the Doodle Time Institute – a global research lab exploring humanity’s most undervalued resource: time. In addition, Stefan serves on the board of Samhällsnytta, the Swedish policy innovation lab, where he contributes to shaping forward-thinking public initiatives.
