We all dream, many times each and every night. However, we typically do not remember most of our dreams – in fact, we only remember a few in detail.

Throughout the ages there have been numerous theories concerning the hows and whys of dreams, but the truth is we know very little for certain.

Some believe dreams are the mind’s way of cleaning our thoughts, others claim dreams are signals from the subconscious. Certain traditions within occultism think dreams can foresee future events.
