  • Deep down we do know – we are a somewhat overweight nation, we could eat helthier, we could drink less and quit smoking. We could work out more.
  • We like action heroes on the silver screen and football heroes scoring goals, and it looks so easy. However, truth is these people would not be able to do what they without hard work and perseverance.
