I attended multiple meditation sessions with Aileen and she was fantastic. She made the environment comfortable for everyone from those new to meditation to those more experienced. She was relaxed, approachable and knowledgeable. I also attended Aileen’s “You Are What Your Skin Eats” session which was very informative and inspiring! The research she put in to the class was incredible, but it was all shared in an easy to digest way. I know from other attendees they found this session very valuable as well. I highly recommend Aileen as a Corporate Wellness partner!

“Stress Less, Sleep More” was a really good presentation - with lots of data and very do-able tips for actually implementing them. SO many of these types of presentations are not as actionable. Thank you and be well!

Aileen is absolutely fantastic and a very interactive presenter. Not only does she encourage participation, but she remembers the comments that individuals make and is able to bring them up in future sessions for examples. This strategy shows how deeply Aileen cares, and how she truly listens to what people say. She always allows for questions after her presentations and creates a comfortable environment where many employees feel safe sharing information. I’ve spoken so highly about Aileen to my friends, family, and coworkers. I shared strategies that Aileen gave me to some friends who struggle with the same things that I do (such as how to turn off that “perfectionist” mindset, how to step back and fill into “other cups” besides the one track-minded ones that I tend to focus on, how to prevent burnout, how to unplug from my phone, etc.). I’ve had conversations with other coworkers about Aileen and we all practice some of her strategies for how to turn off our devices and separate ourselves from technology.

It may seem hard to eek out time in a day, but this session is such a great place to start. Aileen helps you feel seen and also connect with other people in the group so no one feels left behind or inept. Aileen gave some really great insights into how to help us think of what are goals are and how to actually become the person who would do those goals. She made everything very attainable and not overwhelming. It was also nice that Aileen gave examples that could fit many people and lifestyles. I’m inspired and look forward to putting all these tips to use!

Aileen brings knowledge, compassion and fun to each wellness session. She has presented to both in-person and virtual audiences, as well as with a global employee population. She has a way of bringing wellness topics to life by combining well-researched scientific facts with practical ideas and action items for the participants. Aileen uses her creativity to design workshops that address some of the most common health topics, and best of all - she has a way of keeping the participants engaged. Instead of feeling intimidated by what they are not doing or not doing well, our employees leave her sessions feeling empowered to start making small, achievable goals. I have received many unsolicited feedback from participants after her sessions, and to me, that is a true mark of a great presenter!

Captivating, inspiring, motivating. The past couple years have been very difficult for me personally and I feel I lost who I was. This session reminded me of the person I was/want to be and helped me feel forgiven for losing my way and actionable changes I can/want to implement moving forward.
