Lauren Miller has a journalism and psychology degree from CU Boulder as well as a Masters in Adult Education with a Certification in Human Resource Development from Rutgers University (Honors); SME: Stress Management; 2nd degree black belt from the World Wide Tae Kwon Do Federation; Certified Executive Coach; NLP/EFT Master Practitioner (two energy psychology modalities that result in profound positive behavioral transformation). She has personally conquered two of life’s top stressors at the same time, advanced cancer and divorce.
