As a youth, Ben was an accomplished athlete, successfully competing in a variety of sports activities. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Leeds University, he parlayed his interest in finance into a position with a private equity business based in London. However, after losing a family member to illness and battling cancer, Ben decided to focus on his own health and help others to obtain total health and wellness. In 2018, he became the first UK-based male instructor at Peloton. In this role, he shares his passion for fitness with a wide variety of audiences, including individual clients who seek to maintain the highest level of health.
