At AdXero, Ma is actively co-building a new category in a $700B+ global market. The company combines patented applied AI/tech, a B2C+B2B2C distribution engine and proprietary first-party intelligence designed to compound with scale.
Ma’s career spans more than four decades and over two million miles of travel across North and Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. His early career included Tymnet and Fujitsu America, followed by Asia Pacific leadership roles across mobile, wireless, networking, security and internet services.
He later co-founded and exited mobile/e-commerce and fintech venture YeePay. Ma also led an Asia-based edtech SaaS startup as CEO and its subsequent merger with a U.S. learning center chain to form IvyMax, where he became co-founder, interim CEO and Senior College Counselor. He was a Thiel Fellowship mentor from 2013 to 2015 and a seven-time invitation-only delegate to the Forbes Global CEO Conference.

As a longstanding B20 member, Ma has contributed policy recommendations to G20 leaders and governments on employment, human capital, skills, education and the future of work, while also engaging on AI/tech innovation, trade and investment. He has participated across 12 G20 presidencies, including the United States in 2026.

Grounded in God’s Word, Ma supports Christ Community Church in Milpitas, Opportunity International and Transforming the Bay with Christ. He has served as a Faith Driven Entrepreneur facilitator and supports Faith Driven Investor.
Since 2020, he has been a senior member of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital/ALSAC Executive Council, where he helped launch its family office initiative. He is also a founding Board member of Cal Alumni of Silicon Valley and a Silicon Valley Community Foundation community partner.
