Book Áine Maher for your event
Whatever the room, Áine meets it where it is. Executives get substance without jargon. Managers get tools for the conversations they will have tomorrow. Organisation wide audiences get science that feels personal, woven with story so people do not just hear about the brain, they recognise their own. Sessions run as keynotes, conference talks, workshops or facilitated discussions, and each is shaped to the audience and the moment rather than delivered off the shelf.
What Áine speaks about, & why it matters now
Áine works at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology and leadership, applying cognitive science to the challenges organisations actually face: engagement that has stalled, cultures that talk about inclusion without feeling inclusive, and decision making under pressure and information overload. A growing part of her work looks ahead. As AI absorbs more of the analytical load, the capabilities machines cannot replicate, among them empathy, judgement, adaptability and the ability to build trust, become the true differentiators. Her message is that these are not fixed traits but skills that can be deliberately developed once you understand the cognition beneath them.
