Andrew McNeill specializes in collaborating with teams and projects to help them connect, communicate better, and develop their sense of empathy. His techniques have helped individuals, teams, projects, and entire organizations navigate real and tough challenges by communicating honestly and with kindness.

When he worked as a Director in the UK Civil Service, McNeill grew more and more frustrated with the lack of guidance for those trying to embed mindfulness at various organizational levels. Drawing on his own leadership experience and understanding of mindfulness practices, he wrote his guidebook – Organizational Mindfulness – A How-To Guide. The title has now sold in 4four continents. The book examines and explores how to introduce mindfulness to processes and products and people, staff, employees.

Radical Mindful Leadership
