Sophie Bostock, is a Sleep Evangelist on a mission: to help millions of people to improve their lives by unlocking the science of sleep and performance. Following degrees in Medicine and Entrepreneurship, Sophie completed a PhD in Psychobiology at UCL. This led to an interest in sleep in as one of the unsung heroes of health and wellbeing.

Sophie delivers keynote talks, performance training and consultancy for clients in business, the military and elite sport. Sophie regularly features as a media sleep expert, and has delivered talks for TEDx and [email protected]

In 2021 Sophie rowed around Britain to raise £10k for the British Heart Foundation. In 2022 she paddled 2000km from Canada to Alaska.
