Eduardo P. Braun is a leadership expert, keynote speaker and author whose work explores the connection between people, culture, emotion and organizational performance. His perspective has been shaped by an unusual depth of access to some of the world's most recognized leaders and thinkers.
For more than 15 years, Eduardo has engaged in conversations with world-renowned management leaders, heads of state, top academics and entrepreneurs. Among them are Jack Welch, Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Gary Hamel, Richard Branson, Steven Pinker and Tal Ben-Shahar. Through these conversations, he has explored what successful leaders actually do to inspire people, shape cultures and generate exceptional results.
Eduardo brings these insights to audiences in a practical and engaging way. Rather than treating leadership as a collection of processes and management techniques, he focuses on the human dynamics that influence how people connect, collaborate and perform.
Eduardo Braun's book People First Leadership grew out of his conversations with prominent leaders and thinkers. The book combines intimate stories with practical life lessons from successful leaders who understand how culture and emotion can become powerful drivers of results.
At the center of Eduardo's approach is a new vision of the CEO: the Chief Emotions Officer. This concept challenges leaders to think beyond conventional definitions of executive leadership and recognize their role in creating the emotional environment of an organization.
The Chief Emotions Officer establishes stronger connections between people, builds a culture where employees can feel inspired and creates the conditions for better results. Eduardo shows how leadership is deeply connected to the way people experience their workplace, their colleagues and the purpose behind what they do.
Upon its release, People First Leadership was included in the 800-CEO-READ recommendations. The book is available in English, Spanish and Chinese, bringing Eduardo's ideas about people-first leadership to audiences across different cultures.
Eduardo's leadership perspective combines academic foundations, international business experience and years of direct conversations with influential decision-makers. His encounters with figures from business, politics, academia and entrepreneurship allow him to bring a wide range of experiences into his presentations.
His professional work also extends into the political sphere. Eduardo collaborates with Mauricio Macri, President of Argentina from 2015 to 2019, on his international conferences. He also served as an advisor on Macri's book A Purpose: Learnings on Leadership and Power.
This combination of leadership conversations and hands-on professional experience gives Eduardo a broad perspective on what it takes to lead people across organizations, industries and cultures. His keynotes connect leadership ideas with stories and lessons that audiences can relate to their own challenges.
