Steven D’Souza holds a BA (Hons) in Theology, Philosophy, Religious Studies with History and an MSc in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School. His resume is long and impressive and before turning 30, he held a position as a Vice President in an investment bank. He has experience in many different industries and has worked in the fields of HR, Leadership, Diversity, Organizational Development, Recruitment and Internal Communications. This gives him the opportunity to really understand what organizations are going through and thereby give his absolute best advice to the situation.
He brought his corporate experience into education and became an Executive Fellow for IE Business School i Madrid in 2008. Here he helped them on the design, content and experience of their international customised programmes. The business school was ranked as the #1 Business School in Europe by Financial Times in 2013. He is also an educator for Duke Corporate Education which has been ranked #1 by the Financial Times for Custom Executive Education for the last 11 years.

Besides his work as an international speaker and coach, he is a best-selling author and his book, co-authored Diana Renner, “Not Knowing” won the 2014 Chartered Management Institute’s Management and Leadership Book of the Year. The book argues that by not knowing we discover and explore new ways of dealing with business and management issues and difficulties. He is also the author of “Made in Britain” (with Patrick Clarke) and “Brilliant Networking” and a fourth book is on its way.
